The Toa Payoh Swimming Complex opened to the public on September 24, 1973 and is located at 301 Toa Payoh Lor 6. The Toa Payoh Swimming has an amazing 5 pools or swimmers of all categories.
Beginner and intermediate swimmers can use the wading, teaching or training pools while more advanced swimmers can use the diving or competition pools. When there is an event open to the public such as races, water polo or synchronized swimming, the facility provides more than 1,100 seats for spectators.
Though one of the older swimming complexes in Singapore, it has plenty to offer patrons. From exhibitions and competitions to open swimming and swimming lessons, the complex is bustling with activity every day.
Children wishing to learn to swim can choose between group swimming lessons for kids or private swimming lessons for kids. Lessons for adults include private swimming lessons for adults or swimming lessons for ladies. There is no reason not to learn to swim at the Toa Payoh Swimming Complex.
